Based in Los Angeles, Producer and curator, Jessica Rich and Producer and Curator Lauri Firstenberg (Founder of LA><ART) inspire the production and exhibition of art and culture as an agent of change. In 2014, IFLA began placing digital films at the HD digital billboards located at 8410 and 9039 Sunset Blvd., interrupting traditional advertising content with contemporary video art.
