MIG 21

September 7th - October 8th, 2017 / ArtMill MűvészetMalom, Szentendre, Hungary

AES+F will participate in the MIG 21 exhibition in Szentendre, Hungary. Curated by Peter Tomaž Dobrila and Nina Jeza.

The exhibition presents the western topic of discussion with a set of ideological weights, schematically framed with artistic tools. The problem of migration here, however, is not really interesting because of its actuality: through the works presented, we are faced with the experience of the perpetual journey, leaving the momentum of actuality. Around half a century of art with various genres of contemporary art offers spatially changing perspectives for this, as well as a fundamental phenomenon in personal and social terms.
